Pharmaceutical solution formulation is a method of preparing a drug in a dissolved form into a liquid dosage form. By dissolving the drug in a suitable solvent, we can obtain a preparation that is easily absorbed, acts quickly, and improves the bioavailability of the drug. This dosage form is widely used in oral drugs, injections, eye drops, etc., and has high clinical value.

Protheragen-ING is a leading organization specializing in the development of pharmaceutical solution formulations, providing comprehensive solutions to meet the needs of our customers in the field of pharmaceutical solution formulations. Whether you are a pharmaceutical company, a research institute, or a healthcare organization, we can provide you with high-quality services to help you develop safe and effective drug solution formulations.

Protheragen-ING's Solution Development Capabilities

Our team has the experience and expertise to develop many types of pharmaceutical solution formulations. Our services cover, but are not limited to, the following types of pharmaceutical solution formulations:

Advantages of Pharmaceutical Solution Preparation

Components of A Pharmaceutical Solution Formulation

Active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) The specific drug ingredient you need to develop.
Solvent The solvent used to dissolve the drug, which may be water, an organic solvent, or another applicable solvent.
Excipients Ancillary ingredients (co-solvents, surfactants, preservatives, sweeteners, rheology (viscosity) modifiers, antioxidants, buffers to adjust the pH of the formulation) that may need to be added to ensure the stability and suitability of the formulation.

Preparation Process of Pharmaceutical Solution Formulations

Our preparation process is carried out in strict accordance with international standards and regulations and is equipped with advanced equipment and technology to ensure the quality and consistency of pharmaceutical solution formulations. Three methods are generally used for the preparation of solutions:

Simple solution: It is prepared by dissolving the solute in a solvent.

1) Prepare the required solute and solvent.

2) Gradually add the solutes (APIs) to the solvent according to the proportioning requirements.

3) Use stirring mixing or other methods to promote complete dissolution of the solute in the solvent and to form a homogeneous solution.

4) If required, perform the necessary filtration or clarification steps to remove impurities.

5) Perform necessary tests and analysis of the solution to ensure that it meets quality standards.

6) Perform further processing as needed, such as pH adjustment or addition of excipients.

7) The final drug solution formulation is packed into appropriate containers, sealed, and labeled.

Solution by chemical reaction: Two or more solutes are prepared by reacting with each other in a suitable solvent.

8) Prepare required solutes and solvents.

9) Determine appropriate molar ratios based on reaction equations.

10) Gradually add the solutes to the appropriate solvent while controlling the reaction conditions, such as temperature and pH. c. Use the appropriate mixing or heating techniques.

11) Use appropriate stirring or heating equipment to facilitate the reaction.

12) Monitor the progress of the reaction to ensure that it reaches full conversion.

13) Perform necessary filtration or clarification steps to remove impurities from the product, as needed.

14) Perform necessary tests and analyses on the reaction solution to ensure that it meets quality standards.

15) Perform further processing, such as crystallization, washing, or purification steps, as needed.

16) The final drug solution formulation is packed into appropriate containers, sealed, and labeled.

Solution by extraction: Plant or animal sources are usually extracted with suitable solvents.

17) Prepare the raw material of plant or animal origin.

18) Select a suitable solvent, usually an organic solvent such as ethanol or chloroform.

19) Mix the raw material with the solvent well so that the target drug is dissolved in the solvent.

20) Using appropriate extraction equipment (e.g. leach or reactor), the extraction process is carried out.

21) Control the time, temperature, and, agitation conditions of the extraction to maximize the extraction of the target drug.

22) Separate the extract and the residue, usually by filtration or centrifugation.

23) Perform necessary tests and analysis of the extract to ensure that it meets quality standards.

24) Perform further processing and purification steps, such as distillation or crystallization, as needed.

25) The final drug solution formulation is packed into appropriate containers, sealed, and labeled.
